We brought our dog, but the barking complaints caused unnecessary stress. An extra blanket in the room would have been nice. Ultimately, the hotel had potential but needs some attention to details.

The hotel is conveniently close to Grand Valley State University and just 15 minutes from Lake Michigan's beautiful beaches. My kids loved that we could explore the area easily. The staff was cheerful and made our stay enjoyable, especially when they provided extra towels without hesitation.
